I have found that Firefox is one of the biggest memory hogs out there and have had many problems playing Zynga’s games with it. Usually after playing 10 minutes I get an error message saying my Virtual Memory is slow and everything runs slow and and even locks up. Sometimes have to shut down Firefox and restart it again to continue playing. It’s gotten worse and worse for playing farmville, and crashes frequently. So I switched to Chrome and *touch wood* haven’t had too many problems That said, I think a lot of it is to do with the size of my farm and stuff on it, as if my son plays his farmville on here, it’s uber quick – but he’s barely got anything on it compared to me!
I haven’t used IE in forever – not since IE 5 I think! It’s awful!
I’ve never heard of Flock – I’m attached to my Chrome now, can’t even go back to Firefox – I only go back to activate the farmville toolbar and get my bonuses.
